The Business Education Digest Foundation, Inc., was created to further encourage the goals of scholarship, leadership, and cooperation within the profession of business education. The goals of the Foundation are to help improve business education, to encourage exceptional research achievement, and to publicize research in the profession. |
The Business Education Digest Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3), was incorporated on April 9, 2010. The Foundation is a Delaware corporation with its Registered Agent being Agents and Corporations, Inc., 1201 Orange Street, Suite 600, Wilmington, DE 19801. |
